I call it "X" instead of "Twitter" for the sheer fact that its the equal of a closed down shop with a big red X drawn on it to me. Once any and every legitimate person or institution/company cuts their losses on that platform and realize most non-fascists have moved on, it is dead.

It would be nice that platforms like this one were not so two-faced with administration. It is an open secret they should know that a lot of the exodus here was quite a few kink artists getting away from the unfiltered vitriol.. I get tired of fascist sympathizers comparing Splatoon to literal CSEM.

Speaking of frustration tolerance, I feel like I am the only person trying to look for "sparkle", a Kris/Splatoon artist just suddenly disappeared right as they were getting popular. I may have to cope with never seeing their art again, and probably because someone abused report on them... as usual.

Frankly, Bluesky has terrible communications infrastructure. Telegram was a bust, as it relies on already knowing information ahead of time. Without a wider and more interconnected amount of people who can collaborate on this, the few people who do have info can't share it.

I have a lead: it is highly likely they ("sparkle") had/have a telegram account, by which they hosted their Q&A. I will try and see if I can get either in touch with them or someone who has their art.

There is a chance. The two leads I have is that their name features a sparkle emoji, which is why I nicknamed them "sparkle". The second lead is they hosted a Q&A from a separate site from the looks of things, but I don't know where.
