YES: FOX hired more BIPOC behind the cameras than PBS. it’s been 10 years, so i have no idea how things are now, but it does explain the alleged cluelessness of an interstitial like that. it’s totally intentional.

my text describes this satellite image of Hurrican Melissa’s path across the Caribbean. i have identified the eye of the storm, which is quite compact and circular. the lower plumes are creating a second, more dissipated vortex that’s closer to the island of Ayití/La Española. i’ve also circuled all the way to the north the tininess of Bermuda, where the hurricane is supposed to hit last.
