Partially true, they're basically required way up north because of how hard it is to ship in the ice and snow, bags are smaller and easier to move around
Thats only about 1/4th of Canada though, most places also just use the regular jugs and cartons

For the most part, especially if they have some sort of "please interact with me" badge, asking for a photo will only make their day even better, even if i was busy I'd try to set whatever I was doing aside for a quick pic

Im a hard introvert but being in suit completely changes me mentally and I absolutely love any and all attention I get
So many people asked for pictures with me and in my head im just panicking like "What?! Huh?!? Why am I special?!" But its a very positive and flattering feeling
