While, for over-all creepiness, I think the "warning from the future" speech at the end is the best "line" in the movie, the above quote is really the outright scariest line though. Gave me nightmares the night I first saw the film.

It's no fucking wonder they chose a name taken from the Space Nazi's Death Machine, in Star Wars.

That "special reflective particle" is, essentially, sulfur. They want to make our skies as polluted as those in Blade Runner or some other SciFi. Worse, all that material will fall back to Earth at the poles, darkening what snow is left at the poles...
