And, coming from a tank player, usually tanks presence in a meta is only 3 heroes as a time, and on top of that no single tank has only one tank that counters them so it’s like, passable

Normally I would agree, but also I feel like in this system, you give each team 1 ban, even if a role gets focused banned you’re still more or less fine. Like 70% of the characters can function in two playstyles, esp with perks

100% true they broke our trust almost 2 1/2 years ago, but since then the game has drastically improved. If the game isn’t for you that’s one thing, to say “billion dollar company lied to us and I’m surprised so I’m gonna hold that against the dev team for 2 1/2 years” is something else

I would imagine that and stories are the plan, given the cinematics and stories that have already come out

If I had to guess they’re gonna implement a system like R6 ban system where the whole team votes to ban like, 1-2 characters total, which I feel is more reasonable than how something like league where you ban 10 characters

That’s valid, they aren’t gonna scrap lore all together it just isn’t going to come out in the form of playable missions. It’s also gonna be slower for the time being to most of the people responsible for OW story getting laid off by the dickheads at blizzard

I feel the announcement today is gonna be along the lines of a format update (unfortunately doubt 6v6 but there’s more hope it’s in the shop than previously) like a softlock 5v5, or a hero ban system, map bans

They have literally stated that PVE is not happening in the foreseeable future… (this doesn’t mean we won’t get any related lore in other formats)

I don’t think this is entirely true. I know a good few people who think 5v5 is better. I think a majority of pro 6v6 people are simply just louder

I think this is partially true, but as a so to speak 6v6 vet (I don’t think one format is inherently better than the other) the best way to describe it is 5v5 feels more like a tactical shooter and 6v6 feels more like a moba
