My husband can lie abed all day with nary a woof but if I try to have a lie in past half 8, I am whined or barked up. Once I am up, said pooch then goes back to sleep. 🤨

When we were out with the dog a little girl ran up to us and exclaimed 'I always dreamed of stroking a golden retriever' before giving him a pet. Keeping dreaming big darling, you've certainly made our day.

This one has all the good boy points this weekend. We got stuck on the metro in Newcastle and had to get a bus and we called in at a local for a cuppa before a car ride back. First time on busy public transport for him and he behaved impeccably.
