During the entire week of Christmas it was 80° in DFW, my AC stopped working that Monday, the front office was closed for the holidays, and per my thermostat temps reached 81° inside my apartment. Exactly 1 month later, I'm definitely loving this:

At this point I'm not sure what it would take for Texas politicians to grasp, speak to, and address the fact that the housing crisis affects more than just home owners. We're constantly hearing about businesses buying up properties and never hearing anything about algorithms controlling rates.
