After stopping antibiotics, patient developed fever after 7 days. New blood cultures again grew same Corynebacterium sp. TEE was negative. Two weeks of linezolid was given with good response. One week after finishing therapy, patient again developed fever. Again the same isolate from BCs 👇🏼

When you say that neutropenia from antipsychiatric medicine is bad, what do you mean? Do you find sore throat someway helpful in neutropenic patients?

...antibiotic treatment? Patient recieved clarithromycin for few day and one day of levofloxacin.
