We took a couple days off from 3D printing n' laser cutting to travel into the winter storm to brave the weather and, after 5 attempts over a number of years, finally see the @colbertlateshow.bsky.social ! Update on the 11x14 Snapsel! We did some packing tests tonight and it'll be available very soon! We did encounter unexpected shipping costs with shipping International though so it may be a little bit until we're able to ship these worldwide. We think was have a solution though.

Freshly lasered 2nd 11x14 prototype base. This one has additional paper markings. I need to make sure they don't print through but the idea is being able to use the same base with multiple paper sizes by having different sized tops.

Testing out our laser cut 11x14 easel! I made both an RC and fiber print with it last night. Works great!

Really excited to print this one properly in the darkroom!

Nailed it! Only had to do one film test for T-Max 400 in my XT-3 Replenishment. For me, 9:15 is basically spot on. I even got within reach of calculating ISO (392). I've never gotten that close on the first try!

Here's the 8x10 Snapsel prototype! It was a success for both RC and fiber papers, though fiber does require a different approach. There are some small changes I'll want to make but I think the basic design and approach is good. 11x14 here we come!

And yep, I'm still testing Derek's next densitometer too! The cyanotype kit I ordered just arrived. Excited to compare how 510 behaves with it and how that matches the higher UV curve from the stain.
