Kubuntu 24.04 has been giving me problems on this old-ish Lenovo G50-45, so I'm trying Linux Mint Cinnamon to see if that runs better.

Coworker left a surprise on my desk last night for me to come in and see this morning. 3D printed rack mount caddy for my OptiPlex 7050 Micro (and hopefully my Lenovo M72e Tiny. Now, I need to find a 3D print file for a small form factor OptiPlex. #ProjectAlphabetSoup #HomeServer

I put a second M.2 SSD into my studio/office OptiPlex 7080 and installed Kubuntu 24.04.1 on it so that I can run Windows for photo editing and music production and Linux for office related tasks from one machine and no longer have to bring my laptop top into the office.

I had my annual shoot with India Williams and didn't want to just throw the photographs on the Internet, so there's a new book in the works that I'll be completing over the next few months. Just thought you'd like to know what's coming since I won't be shooting much this year.
