Hi Laurence, I have my issues with the party at the moment but this change to employment law is the best thing anyone in government has done in a long time. There needs to be even more rebalancing in favour of workers.

More redacting to do. Maybe the local stationery store ran out of Sharpies?

I do find this an interesting proposition. Based on the history of the Tech Bros, they are not keen on paying taxes that might reduce their wealth so how is that going to change to create a universal basic income.

Hi Bill, not the main thrust of your post but I've never heard of Gobekli Tepe. What a cool place. I love an English Heritage ruin so this is right up my street. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/G%C3%B6...

We have the winter duvet on and I'm with you on it not being cold enough for it. I'm the same when it comes to sweating.

Hi Martin, I'm with @octopus.energy and am super happy. Great consumer service and on their variable tariff, it's a great deal.

Then you just use the Tails OS off a memory stick. Reboot the machine into the operating system and no-one can track you.

I had forgotten those. I guess it's a lot cheaper to provide less variety but seeing that it does feel like we are being short changed.

Hi Laurence, we've had our flu jabs (at the fabulous Medipharma in Selly Oak) but they cost £20 each. When we have a bad season coming, like we appear to have now, is it possible that it could be made free?

Strong agree. I'd love a 3/4 plate. Pasta in a restaurant comes in a bucket, way more than we'd eat at home.
December 8, 2025 at 5:24 PM
Can I have the female portions too please? I find restaurant meals at 1,200 calories way too big. We would normally have 700 to 800 at home. The female portion would be perfect.

Ditto, I was walking up our road this morning and fired up the Merlin app. Several very loud robins were competing for top spot.

Everything I know about Dutch people is that they are brilliant at solving problems and always have been. I have no doubt that given 10 years you'll have this all working beautifully.

Farage is failing at PR 101 which is correct anything that's wrong and aplogise for the rest. Anything else gives the media spin after spin of the story, as we heard this morning.
