Ich habe auch sämtliche leere Seiten aus Schulheften gesammelt. Mittlerweile ist das so viel, dass ich mir daraus wohl zwei oder drei schöne Notizbücher (Klebemaschine dafür haben wir im Keller) mit schönem Umschlag machen werde.

To be honest, I have absolutely no idea where this sudden… dare I say… spike came from, but we'll have an extra creamy hot chocolate tonight to celebrate this highlight in my author career.

A friend of mine published a book she wrote ten years ago but whose story was very important to her. The book came third in the tolino All-time Favourites Award a month ago, earning her a nice sum of money and free media promotion.

I know this from my mother-in-law. The plant is from the region of Lyon and it's disgusting. It's similar to céleri-branche (stalk celery). Gratin de Cardon is a specialty dish from Lyon.
