If you said no, and they said it wouldn't happen again then that's Aggravated Trespass? If they damaged any vegetation, having said they'd not do it again, is that not Criminal Damage? YWT should report them to the police

To save further embarrassment, I'm deleting this. It was a weird wobbly pouffe thing. Not sure how it got under the bush, and TBF, right up until I touched it, it still looked like fruiting bodies! #sticktobirds
