Shout-out to all of the cast by the way, particular highlight to Alex Brightman as Fizz. I remember seeing a bunch of shorts of his stage performance as Beetlejuice and he is KILLING IT as usual here. Got me to care about a character I didn't care for at first in season 1. Now I love him.

Light spoilers for the end of season 2, but I think how positive Fizz and Ozzie are with each other and how adorable their relationship actually is leads directly to the heartbreak that defines Blitzø's and Stolas' situations. Two characters make two other characters feel more dramatic.

I can see exactly what the vision was for season 2. There was a lot of focus on Fizzaroli and Asmodeus, and I see them as DIRECT foils to Blitzø and Stolas, both as individuals and as a relationship. It's clear that they were meant to be compared and contrasted against each other. It's called themes
