I see a spinosaurus but I would be lying if I said I didn't see a bit of victorian icthyosaur in there too.

Speaking of which, my main problem with the Uglydolls Movie (aside from being safe-ish) is that they had lots of books to go off of in terms of lore and story but decided to shove in the Perfect Dolls in order to have a plot. The Perfect Dolls stole more of the spotlight than the title characters!

Sure, why not? I imagine the creator himself is on board and they could look to the original books for inspiration.

I think about this game from time to time, especially its lore and monster design. I'm surprised that, with worldbuilding this cool, this game wasn't made into an (animated) movie or short series yet.
