La ciència i la salut, motors clau en el progrés democràtic de Catalunya
La jornada “50 anys després: ciència, innovació en salut i democràcia a Catalunya”, organitzada per la Generalitat de Catalunya amb la col·laboració de Biocat, ha posat en valor el paper de la recerca en salut en la construcció d’una societat democràtica i ha obert un espai de reflexió sobre el futur científic del país en un context global canviant.

L’acte va posar en valor com la recerca en salut ha estat clau per construir una societat democràtica i avançada, alhora que va obrir el debat sobre el futur científic del país en un món global canviant.

L’acte va posar en valor com la recerca en salut ha estat clau per construir una societat democràtica i avançada, alhora que va obrir el debat sobre el futur científic del país en un món global canviant.
Aquesta nova ajuda se suma als 2 M€ obtinguts prèviament per Oniria, juntament amb el CSIC i el VHIO, per estudiar l’eficàcia d’Onr-001 en melanoma, consolidant el progrés del programa oncològic de la companyia.

Aquesta nova ajuda se suma als 2 M€ obtinguts prèviament per Oniria, juntament amb el CSIC i el VHIO, per estudiar l’eficàcia d’Onr-001 en melanoma, consolidant el progrés del programa oncològic de la companyia.

Segons Esther Riambau, CEO i cofundadora d’Oniria, aquest suport permet avançar segons el full de ruta previst i portar Onr-001 a fase clínica I el 2027, reforçant el potencial del projecte com a nova opció terapèutica per a tumors amb resistència als tractaments actuals.

Segons Esther Riambau, CEO i cofundadora d’Oniria, aquest suport permet avançar segons el full de ruta previst i portar Onr-001 a fase clínica I el 2027, reforçant el potencial del projecte com a nova opció terapèutica per a tumors amb resistència als tractaments actuals.
Els fons es destinaran a completar la fase preclínica regulatòria del candidat Onr-001, un fàrmac dirigit a tumors sòlids i hematològics agressius, amb especial focus en el càncer de còlon resistent, una de les principals causes de diagnòstic oncològic a escala global.

La biotec Oniria Therapeutics ha obtingut 1,77 M€ en finançament del Ministeri de Ciència, Innovació i Universitats i de la Unió Europea, a través del programa CPP 2024, en consorci amb el VHIO i l’Institut Català d’Investigació Química (ICIQ).
