Almost Munro Compleatist; generally not focused enough on the objective, too busy gawpin' aboot!
Well done lad! And proud patents too, for all the support.

Is the ceremony followed by an amazing drum solo? (It would be in a Hollywood movie)

Maybe I've led a sheltered life but how would anyone know?
What are they going to do?
"I suspect you're a trans woman, you're going to have to show me your toot-toot if you want to get in"
It's ridiculous and needs to be sorted in law.

If it is 'deep state' blocking, then it's to save our sanity and health.
I, for one, never want to hear of her (or Johnson or Rees-Mogg or Cummings) ever again.

Suggestions for adventure audio books for a 7yo?
He's enjoying The Famous 5 but we have to keep explaining how unpleasant they are 🙄

🤷‍♂️
Some very strange folk in the world.

Subliminal SS?

Phew!
Thankfully a penguin, not The Penguin.

Ahh, lovely image.
Looking forward to the return of such scenes once Reform have sorted us out 🙄

A great collection of photos Ben, from a fab day in the hills. Hard to believe that you met nobody else, but hey, their/our loss. Was very busy in the Ochils but good clear views: Dreish/Mayar to Goatfell and all points in between. Cairngorms looked cloudier from here than your pictures suggest.

Boredom is massively underrated.

Maybe it's not parked, it's abandoned, if that's a flooded road. Went bleezing through the water and gubbed the engine?
Or just a selfish ar*e!

Don't think I've ever noticed that one. The one at the head of Loch Duich is a good for otter spotting.

Reminded me of approaching Luibeg ford last month. Saw a daytime owl, maybe a short-eared owl ahead on one of the smaller trees. 😲
Checked it out in the binoculars 😏
A friend suggested it was a warm-eared owl 🙄

Lovely experience all the same

Very nice. Lots of calls too. What is that background racket though? Sounds like you're next to a passing freight train.

Is that style 'late Ceaușescu' or early 'Michael Jackson'?

Fine, be a protected ethnic minority...still banning your bloody, blood sport!

My pal has pencilled in Saturday for his final Munro on The Boochle. Its not looking much like a day for sitting at the top admiring the view and enjoying the craic. And although I guess the drink will remain well chilled, the cocktail sausages and mini pork pies are going to be a tough challenge.

Goodness knows how delayed drivers might be behind a bike on the lights-controlled road covering what, 15-20 metres. Could delay 'the traffic' by oh I don't know, 5 seconds 🙄

This is more like it, rather than kicking NatureScot. Having no power to refuse a licence other than if there was a damaging impact on gannet populations, they were always the wrong target.
