Slightly older and when we were kids we could stay out until the street lights turned on, ride our bikes miles to get to Coney Island, no fear of preditors etc. Of course there were the neighborhood gangs and drugs and stealing cars lol THAT'S BROOKLYN.....or was. The corner Candy Store? GONE. LOL

Then we definitely get each other. From Plum Beach to Canarsie, Riis Park....know it all VERY well. Can't take the Brooklyn out of the kid my friend. Growing up Bklyn "is the best" place in the world. At least was when we were kids.
