I’m sure corporations would like the cost basis of tariffs back regardless of what they say they could’ve made on investment speculation . Trump’s either trying to scare the Supreme Court or give them a Bullshit excuse for a favorable tariff tax decision. Consumers are the ones who’ve been screwed.

U.S. consumers & businesses will never get their share of import tariff costs back. Our corporations will never get reciprocal tariff dollars back from exports to foreign countries. Supreme Court should end illegal tariffs & require proof where the $165 billion already collected went.
