I get what you're saying, I'm the same way. I just feel like I'd say "I'm indifferent" about the stuff I'm fine with and not "it's bad." they're two different things, and I 100% will never eat apple pie

responding to the last sentence, I think it should be a given that someone saying apple pie is bad is just referring to their opinion. there's no objective 'bad' food, other than I guess actually spoiled stuff. but yeah I think baked apples and pretty much any cooked fruits are terrible, so no pie
