If you notice your skin is starting to blister out of nowhere, go get it seen immediately. Most likely won't be shingles but if it is and you catch on early, it's a better outcome.

If you're having problems healing piercings, try switching to gold or titanium.
Particularly gold if they are nasal piercings because it does also help with the smell.

I'd love to be able to tell my family that I still exist but all but two have written me off because i was not the family they wanted.

It's like an instant, but very short lived anti depressant. It's not something i get off over but more like... a control? Like a grounded control that snaps me back to reality.

Police have been called to do a welfare check. Hopefully someone just left (presumably by the smell) an entire dead cow around, but given it's here and this particular place, i am not hopeful it's gonna end well.
