Yeah. HOB just killed them. Nothing was done with them that mattered, due to various reasons. It was like the tag titles at the time. Brodido winning them saved the division. Allowed tag teams to come back and now the division is strong. I hope it doesn't get fucked again with FTR holding them.

Samoa Joe has always been a favorite of mine, but it wasn't until recently that I realized just how much I loved watching him, and how high I'd rank him on my list. There's nothing bad about that man. He's the perfect pro wrestler. Believable with everything he does.

Hot Take: The trios titles shouldn't exist, especially the way they're booked. It killed the tag division. Making a team like Cole/KOR/Roddy trios champs would have been great and what they should have been. Trios/six man titles rarely work out well.

I've been fantasy booking Swerve/Hangman/Eddie dethroning The Opps for the Trios titles and going on an epic (for that title) run.

Man, Shelton has been amazing his whole career. I love what he's doing, and I hope he gets a nice singles title run. Lashley has had a solid run, and it's interesting to see them push him as this unstoppable monster, which he should be.

I enjoyed his run with the title this time. Sure, it could have been longer, but I like what he did. The match with Fletcher was great, on horrible build, the MJF stuff was awesome, and I loved the build to the second match with Joe much. I'm very interested to see what's going on with Swerve now.

Mind you, I totally get people not loving the outcome, especially the Page fans. The chase story was incredible, and his win was one of the best in AEW history.

I thought it was awesome. I wasn't expecting it, but it popped me out of my seat.

And I've seen many people bring up "just a 40 year old" so, yes, it is his age, too, for many who are angry.

Harley getting the pin in the opening round to knock out her bully, and ending the tournament getting the pin for the titles would be an awesome story. Also, Babes having not only matching gear, but a shared theme makes me think they win by beating Megan/Marina.

I understand the idea that sometimes things can hit overkill. But as a pro wrestling fan watching a PPV from a company that prides itself on in-ring work, I'll never get tired of too many epic matches on a PPV. But burnout for a live crowd is a real thing, too.

I'm not a gamer, but I saw someone call it Grand Theft Auto in the old west. So it seems it's an open world adventure game with missions to complete.

Lucky for me, one of my favorites won last night and is about to feud with one of my other favorites.

There was only one outcome I didn't love (tag titles), but I thought the show was really, really good overall. I loved Joe winning, and Swerve returning. And Mark winning was an incredible moment.
