At some point soon, a mum or a dad will be in a shop. They will for the first time in a long time have a choice. Because that is what the lifting of the two child limit gives them. A bit more of the ability to choose what is right for them and their kids. This is a beautiful thing.

We must prove that 'immigration can still work'. What barometer are they using for it having failed other than some racists are upset? Or are they insinuating all manner of ills are migrants fault?

I think there is a book in the Priti, Suella, Shabana choices of home secretary and what that has meant for our inward migration and standing on the world stage. Not to say Saj or Yvette weren't worth discussing but there is something worth discussing in comparing their tenures.
