If this is true, that is concerning. It’s a managers job to manage the players. If he isn’t doing that when others (MON) can, that’s an issue in any line of work. At risk of constantly beating the MON drum, players obviously respected him. It will become obvious very soon if the respect WN.

I agree, but what i will say is, you can’t draw comparisons to Ange. He came in off the back of a poor season. We’re in a title race, and WN has come in and undone everything MON implemented after BR left. Just when we were getting it together with the players, it’s all gone.

That’s the potential positive based on what we’ve seen already. Time will very quickly tell in the coming month whether he’ll be here by February, particularly if the board doesn’t invest in January. This said, would you trust him with transfer money to buy MLS level players.

Indeed, let’s see where we are this time next month. As I said, I’ll apologise if I’m wrong. My fear is that by then it will be too late, we’ll be sitting third in the league, and the board won’t invest as Nancy won’t be there come the end of the season.
