America must implement compulsory voting, as is the case in many countries. Compulsory voting would have preserved your democracy, however you now have a fascist dictatorship which may be very difficult to remove.

Absolutely, the US Constitution needs to be amended so that a President cannot issue a pardon without a two thirds majority vote by Congress or amended so that pardons can be revoked by the next president to be elected.
Pardoning these drug overlords impacts more than just Americans.
