Shipped my first iOS app this week.

Here are 3 things I learned that no one told me:

1️⃣ Cut features early. You can always add later.
2️⃣ Make the boring stuff work first.
3️⃣ Your marketing plan is part of the build. If you wait until launch to think about distribution, you’ve already lost.
