I'm a transit girlie at heart but on my bike with assist I can maintain my balance and the tread is better than any boots. Plus I roll right up to the door.

I'm hoping the e-bike is a great tool for you but also brings you a lot of joy with being able to move!

Little can you tell but my lumbar injuries were acting up on this day and I couldn't take more than 5 very slow and gentle steps at a time. I can adjust assistance as needed, use a curb to help me mount and dismount, bike straight to the entrance of where I need to be - including medical apts!

Bill 56 treats safety like a nuisance.
Communities know it’s an investment that pays us back in fewer crashes, fuller lives, lower costs.
Cutting safety isn’t saving money.
It’s spending lives.

Made the #GoBus - I don't normally have this much luck!
Just over an hour home I think then a 20min walk from the station.
Just gotta charge my bike when I get home so I can make it to my regular 7am/ 7km appointment!

I made a seat on my suitcase waiting for the #GoBus because I can't stand for very long lately. Doesn't make a huge difference with getting a seat on the bus where I don't have to climb the stairs - as a lot of people don't queue anymore and just push their way on.

Made the GoTrain - barely. First time with #Metrolinx #fareenforcement
My last bus should be before midnight so I had bought the $10 weekend day pass while still on Via.

Due to delay we had an immediate transfer at Ottawa - thankful not to have to go through the station to return back to the platform!
