Found out today the Windows killed the BSOD (well, sort of, it's now black instead of blue and they nuked the sarcastic smiley face) in the latest version of win11.

It's even worse because cheaper TVs don't have optical audio any more so we can't use our soundbar, and require you to have an account with the manufacturer to use any of the apps or access half the settings.

So I think it's really cool that my work provides several vectors to recognize good performers.
I find it significantly less cool that they're pushing their in house AI to draft the nominations, so that they're appropriately moving.
