Managing anxiety due to being perceived is just annoying. One of my best friends said, “even when you do things out of your anxiety…” You think you know me??? (I’ve known this girl for 20 years 😭)

Knowing all the trauma my mom went through? The thing that stresses me out is making sure she understands I respect what she went through and that the lessons are understood. She protected me successfully.
