WTF? why should there be a "legal battle." The President can pardon federal crimes. He has ZERO authority to pardon state crimes.

Don't know, but it'd be kinda funny if some idiotic masked ICE agents found Bovino hanging out in civvies off-duty somewhere and decided HE looked "like a furrinner," arrested HIM and held him for a couple hours while refusing to even look at his ID b/c "that's NOT an INA immigration document."

Yep, treatment by either of those two drugs to slow the progression of Alzheimers would also explain the MRI scans he's been given. I suspect his doctors will put in an infusion pump next time he goes in for a fortnightly ()or monthly infusion. Then the bandages on the hands will stop appearing.

I don't blame you. If I had a choice....
My advice was for Americans who have the resources to vacation elsewhere occasionally but not the resources necessary to move away permanently. We're kind of stuck with having to come back across the border. BEST to plan ahead.

Wow! Well done Indiana! I'm guessing Indiana GOP legislators got an earful from Indiana voters and decided that, just maybe, it was time to be more concerned about what their own voters think and want than terrified of the bloviations of that orange blob down in DC.

This is insane. Utterly, completely, INSANE. Picking countries pretty much at random and punishing anyone who happened to have been born in those countries by denying them an INDIVIDUAL benefit that they have worked for, have qualified for, and have been promised.
