(If I remember right youre on ps4) i use the PS app on my phone with the captures auto upload enabled. As soon as I take a screenshot or gameplay capture with the Share button, it automatically uploads and stays on the app 14 days. Then you can download and post. For example:

Please send best wishes for Robert. He sneezed blood today and had to go to the vet. Staph infection in his ear, his inner and/or middle ear is leaking spinal fluid. Got a shot to clear that up and some bloodwork with a follow up next week
