Yup. I believe the scrubbing has already been completed to trump's satisfaction and that's the reason for the abrupt turnaround.

A: He heard the # of GOP reps that are planning on voting Y to release them, and he doesn't want to look like he's lost control.
B: He already knows the Senate will not be taking up the vote.
C: He knows they've already removed any damning evidence against him

Grief is so damn hard to navigate, but so necessary too. For myself, I have to be mindful and remember that it comes in waves, and that when the really big, overwhelming waves hit, they will also pass at some point. It sounds like you're in the midst of a big one. I see you. You're not alone.
