I think IN Republicans in the Senate are more institutional. The maps should be drawn at the census & they don’t like DC telling them what to do. Mitch Daniels didn’t think it was a good idea. People didn’t think it was necessary. They called, wrote, protested & it worked.

That should be happening across the country! Administrations have become bloated while classroom sizes get bigger & bigger with less & less teachers. Get out of the admin & into our classrooms!

I think from the beginning constituents thought this was unnecessary (we’re gerrymandered enough), voters didn’t ask for it & there’s still that DC outsider push that rubs the wrong way. A crack in the MAGA wall?
