Also, make craftable green/blue gear full sets for the start levels of the expac, and the max level.
Specializations were fine but TOO grindy. Like way too grindy.

Don't think of this as "You MUST party up for this" but rather "Are YOU sure you want to do this ALONE"
Have it be doable but extremely dangerous. Vanilla WoW has this moments where you can pull more than you can handle and get overwhelmed really easy, if you're alone.

Also kill dungeon finder.

The world being harsh incentivizes socializing, as it is safer to go with a party than alone. This also creates situations where people save each other from bad pulls. Nothing beats the feeling of despair disappearing the moment someone jumps to your aid, and vice versa.
