I had something similar (slow/timeouts…) a few month ago. I managed to get the PDS throttled on DNS server. For some reason the PDS sent too many requests. I then switched it to 1.1.1.1/8.8.8.8, now it’s fine.
But not sure it this could also apply here.

Könnte sicherlich bei Tesla passieren. Da kommen sie auch aus brennenden Autos nicht mehr raus, oder wie war das…

Wetterbedingt kein Kindergarten und keine Schule.
