I think you do a nice job of spreading reasonable lines of thinking, for what it's worth. California turned things around after this guy taught for a while. People think what they see and hear.

My 19 yo is the same way-- voracious! He gave me Nexus for Christmas and then read it first, in like three days. But I don't think he stocked up like that for summer yet! 😄

This is another aspect of rightwing extremist tactics: accuse the enemy of that which you are guilty.

Their messages are as relevant today as they were eight years ago. From what I see, they remain authentic and consistent in their beliefs- "based."
