This head is so cool it's an instant banger anytime someone uses it.

I'm certain you can do it with brushes only and no oils but it will certainly be way more time consuming!

I think you can do something way less demanding:
First step was full airbrush, 2nd step some colors via airbrush too. I you want to be quick is suggest painting TMM now. Then oil wash everything.
Then you can add all the detailing and that's the step where I lose sooo much time
