Ok, nameless bot!

Coming from a Hearts fan!! You’ll be 3rd by Christmas.

Arsenal could play their under 16s against your team and still win.

I shall write a letter of complaint to my MP at once and ask them that they must include a nameless person from a random social media platform (you) and me when they make their next round of decisions.

Do me a favour, stop mithering now and go away!
November 27, 2025 at 4:56 PM
I have no idea, because I wasn’t in the room when the decisions were being made and neither were you.

What I do know is that not every politician got into politics to do harm to other people.

Cynicism about everything, all of the time is what has led us into a polarised mess and it needs to stop
November 27, 2025 at 4:43 PM
Yes, you got me!
November 27, 2025 at 1:00 PM
Yes, Michael Fox, if it makes you feel better then it’s all down to the greens.

All the best to ya!

It absolutely should go to anyone that has been campaigning for it.

My point was that Labour MPs have been doing it since 2013 and are ultimately the ones with the power to do anything about it.

I think it had something to do with not governing by protest because they were no longer in opposition.

Various ministers on the media rounds at the time were saying that if they could afford it, they would have done it at a stroke.

Now they are paying for it by taxing the gambling industry.

Go and have a lie down, you’ll do yourself damage with all that anger!

When you’re ready to have a normal conversation, come back and we can discuss why politics is indeed very complex.

All the best!

They were hammered and rightly so, mostly by their own PMs but they have found the money and have now removed it.

It’s easy for other parties who have no hope of ever implementing any of their policies to come out and tell everyone what they want to hear. The reality is much harder and complex.

Let’s hope it’s not Green, judging by some of the responses on here.

If we don’t have it in us to praise something that is clearly good, regardless of who has done it, then society is even more screwed than what it’s made out to be.
November 27, 2025 at 10:30 AM
Says Mel Stride who was a key part of the worst government in the history of this country and responsible for all the issues we face today!!

The shamelessness required to spout this sort of nonsense is astounding!
November 27, 2025 at 10:13 AM
Read it again, Jack. This time read it in context to the question being asked and not one that’s in your head.

All the best!

For all the hard of thinking on this timeline and there’s quite a few by the looks of it! Many nameless?

The question was “why didn’t they do it a year ago”. To which my answer was I don’t know and I don’t care about the reasons why they didn’t do it. I care about the fact that it’s been done.
November 27, 2025 at 10:08 AM
It’s easy to say things when you’re not the one having to find the money to pay for them. The same would have happened if it was the Greens.
November 27, 2025 at 9:53 AM
No idea, I’m not a government minister! I’m assuming because they had not found the money for it and now they have.
November 27, 2025 at 9:52 AM
I’m not a Liverpool fan but considering what he did last season and the players lost one of their team mates as well which can’t be good for morale and their mental health.

He deserves a season to turn it around. I feel for their situation.
November 26, 2025 at 11:59 PM
oohhh no! How will I ever live this down. Praising the removal of the child benefit cap, what was i thinking!?

How silly of me! I’ll head over to a friend’s house for a few nights.

I appreciate your concern, furry arsed something or other.

Looking at some of the discourse from Zack’s green army on here, I’d say that you are the ones that need to do quite a lot of self-reflection.
November 26, 2025 at 10:34 PM
Not sure how to tell you this but reading isn’t your strongest point.
