Feel this so much! I had a brief stint as a nightclub photographer and instead of the group photos, I loved keeping an open shutter while letting the flash go off while getting pushed around to the music to get photos like this

It's because of how emoji work on different devices. It's actually 2 characters. One is the flag and one is the flag type. It's why some people had the white flag and UA next to it on Instagram a while back (UA was the flag code for Ukraine)

I went to Kiehl's a few years ago and they are regularly in my rotation. A bit pricey but they have an app that makes recommendations and they have samples in-store for you to test their stuff out :)
