Midgard from @koboldpress.com has horse races in the Septime cities, & Mythic Europe's Order of Hermes has both Certamen (less friendly and more combative dueling), & the Normandy Tribunal in _The Lion & the Lily_ has magical focused races & contests at tribunal gatherings for resource distribution
