Conjuring ghost laws only allow the entities to be mild nuisances until the 3/4 mark of the run time. Then they’re allowed to properly hulk out and start throwing giant antique furniture around and maiming minor characters.

This one is pretty out there! Morrison leans into the Golden Age, loving submission stuff. The art (and characters) are all beautiful and it feels different to most takes on the character and DC stuff IMHO.

I found a 3-4 of these treasury collections in a bin at a local comic shop for $5 a piece and scooped them all up!
This one is especially good. Great primer for the big bads of DC. 👍
