Lovely to chat with British parasport athlete Kadeena Cox OBE this evening at the High Commissioner's Banquet at Mansion House.
Her inspirational story reminds me of the Commonwealth RAF motto - "per ardua ad astra" (through adversity to the stars).

Lovely to see the #EppingForest exhibition at the Guildhall Art Gallery this afternoon, including Queen Victoria's original invitations to its opening under the City's ownership in 1882.
Much of the signage is valid 100 years on!
The gallery is open every day from 10am-5pm and entrance is free.

Great to see another #EppingForest culvert replaced this week in Bellringers Hollow, #Loughton.
The culverts will help prevent flooding, soil erosion and maintain natural water flow patterns and ecosystems by allowing aquatic life to pass through.
