Random menty elf blip this pm so I went for the usual rushed run. Decided, sanely, to extend to a full hour. 11km. Didn't even beat my record distance. Legs are entirely dead. Can't muster the energy to go grab my water. This is better. This is def better and was def smart. I have beaten my brain
