Here are the options for how the leadership of Your Party will work, being voted on by members shortly (results tomorrow)

In short:

Option A = single leader (Corbyn v Sultana, most likely)
Option B = A 'collective' leadership, effectively of three non-MP members from the central committee
Roadmap Amendment 1 Option A A Leader shall be democratically elected in keeping with the proposals laid out in the Year 1 Organisational Paper. The constitution shall be updated thereafter. Any member in good standing shall be eligible to stand, in line with the Party’s standing orders. The Leader shall provide political,strategic, and symbolic leadership as the Party establishes itself. The Leader shall form part of the Party’s Leadership Team, alongside the Chair and Deputy Chair of the CEC, thus ensuring the Party is member-led. The Leader shall be subject to recall through a two-thirds supermajority vote of the Central Executive Committee, to be ratified by the whole membership through a simple majority. Option B The Party shall be collectively led by ordinary members elected to the Central Executive Committee, with the Chair, Vice Chair, and Spokesperson in particular serving as the public political leadership. – In the Party’s second year, the CEC shall commence a review into different options for future leadership models, including the possibility of co-leader and deputy leader models, as well as relations between national leaders. This review shall produce recommendations for a range of leadership structure options. To allow for continuity of leadership, this review shall be put to a democratic vote of members under one-member-one-vote, in advance of elections to be held before the National Conference in late 2027, with changes then incorporated in the constitution. The Party may also have leaders in Scotland and Wales, as determined democratically by members in each nation. The Party shall hold all its leadership figures – including national officers, CEC members, and public office holders – to codes ensuring integrity and propriety in public life.
