Had a thoroughly enjoyable day on SVR today. However saw some reckless behaviour on the concourse. I mean look at this chaps total disregard for health and safety. Where is his helmet?

For UK friends of a certain vintage we also found this painting by Richard Wilson and of course Hudad did not resist the 'I don't believe it!' opportunity. We had the best ever sandwich in the basement cafe Ham hock and cheese with dijon mustard for lunch then coffee & scone in the roof restaurant.

Yesterday our trip out was to Oxford, we spent the day at the Ashmolean the oldest public museum in the UK. A highlight was Paolo Uccello's The Hunt in the Forest. We spent some time with this remarkable scene and saw things you just don't get from viewing images of it.

Our charity shop find today. The humans kept walking past it saying how nice it was, so I had to pull rank with them to buy it. I mean £5.00 for this lovely piece of glass, it has a pontil scar but no makers mark and it's simply lovely.
