That's the thing, the admin has issued no public demands compared to with Venezuela where the demands were nonsensical but at least known.

It also relies on the second part of that being even more plainly lawless: the House ceases to exist on the admission day for the new House. The only possibility there is to hold some elections in limbo until the new house convenes and then they refuse to seat any Dem winners on the margins.

I get what you're going for even though both are a part of the same spectrum, both deny to some degree that humans should be constrained by the simple biology of birth, just that pro-trans humans are seeing a new multiplicity in modes of human being and pro-transhumans want to accelerate beyond.

Right, the law is stupid and every time we vigorously enforce it, it reminds people of how stupid. People are right to criticize enforcement under Dems but not because the Dems are just as bad, but because the law is bad and following it leads to inhumane outcomes.
