I think they are trying to create a conversation that vaccines, prescriptions, medical treatments are not created for all. Avoiding the statement that PHRMA wants all the known "risks" accepted or PHRMA doesn't want to do for any. Couldn't they do pharmacogenomic (PGx) testing and pay more money?
