She wasn’t getting any minutes and maybe they don’t see her as having a future with the team and want to invest in someone new but it remains a questionable move. I’m almost positive it was in place already before the Milliet injury though.

It was definitely a scouting miss but I don’t have any info. I think she’s a great player, but obviously wasn’t found to fit into the system or potentially the NWSL. I don’t know if different people with Racing have different ideas of what players work or what but there is an issue there.
