Does anyone know why the Border Patrol Checkpoint on HWY 4 in Brownsville was taken down?

The border patrol took it down about three weeks ago. It's the checkpoint that people were forced to drive through when leaving SpaceX/Boca Chica Beach. Haven't seen any reporting about it.
