Despicable but it tracks with this regime, which in abruptly slashing funds is directly responsible already for thousands of deaths from AIDS and other infectious diseases with many more to come.

They won’t go after sacred cow procedure-oriented specialists either, would be a service. Primary care and cognitive docs, such as ID, work long hours and burn out while the system is skewed to dermatologists, orthopedists etc.
